Uganda Council on Foreign Relations was launched by Hon. Sam Kutesa, President of 69th United Nations General Assembly, and Minister of Foreign Affairs. In attendance were United States to Uganda Amb. Deborah R. Malac, the French Ambassador, and the European Union Head of Delegation to Uganda H.E. Ambassador Kristian Schmidt, Dr. Martin Aliker, Amb. Patrick Edwards,as well as, captains of industry.
